All the properties available from Property Extra are carefully selected for investment and buy to let purposes. That means they are, in our judgement, properties which will provide you with an ongoing return over the years. To do that, the property needs to be in the right location, and meet the accommodation needs of tenants or be upgradable to do so.
Many properties are at a fixed price and where possible we have negotiated a discount from market value. If you don’t see a property which meets your requirements, bear in mind that we are sourcing additional properties all the time. You should therefore register with us to be kept informed of properties which are available, or if you would like us to source a property on an individual basis to meet your exact requirements.
